Welcome(again!) to the only site on the web dealing with money and finance advice for those in the arts and anyone else who wants to make a dream into reality.  Musicians, singers, actors, instrumentalists, bands, writers, entrepreneurs, business founders….all are welcome here as we discuss how financial planning affects each one.

This whole thing keeps morphing each day as I adjust my vision for what I want this site to be.  I like the blog interface as an easy way to deliver current content, but also want to create a website that archives and organizes that content into something more user-friendly.  That said, for now the plan is to make 2 sites: this one, www.sweetsoundofmoney.com which will be primarily a blog, and www.dollarsndreams.com which I hope will grow into a vast reference of financial information that specifically benefits us dreamers. 

The second site is empty for now, but not for long!  There’s quite a lot to share, so it’ll be some time and some growing pains before we’re finished, but well worth the effort I assure you.  Nowhere on the web have I found sound advice tailored for our sort.  We’re left to search out snippets among reputable and less-than-reputable sources, straining to divine which are legit and which are going to attempt to sell us their $49 e-book at the bottom the page.  Not anymore!
